👺 How It Plays
Commander: Krenko, Mob Boss
Start with inexpensive Goblins and prepare Krenko with haste from Goblin Chieftain or Swiftfoot Boots. Tap Krenko to create a number of 1/1 red Goblin tokens equal to the Goblins you control, including Krenko. Each new batch increases the potential size of later activations.
Patriar’s Seal and other untap effects create opportunities to activate Krenko again. Shared Animosity strengthens attacks with your growing mob, while Impact Tremors and Purphoros, God of the Forge turn creatures entering under your control into damage to each opponent.
Goblin Bombardment lets you sacrifice creatures for direct damage, and Skirk Prospector converts Goblins into red mana. Choose when to expand your army, attack, or spend creatures as resources. Protecting Krenko and timing your activations help keep the deck’s token engine working.
