🔥 How It Plays
Commander: The Ur-Dragon
Build your five-color mana base, accelerate with ramp, and prepare to deploy your Dragons. The Ur-Dragon’s Eminence ability reduces the generic cost of your other Dragon spells by one mana while it is in the command zone or on the battlefield.
Develop your board with flying threats and Dragon synergies, supported by effects that generate mana, provide haste, and reward your creatures entering or attacking. Protection and interaction help keep your flight ready for battle.
Once The Ur-Dragon is on the battlefield, attacking with one or more Dragons lets you draw a card for each attacking Dragon, then optionally put one permanent card from your hand onto the battlefield. The Ur-Dragon itself does not need to attack.
